It's probably been ten years oh so since I've been in touch with Douglass, West and Associates. However, as always, it was a very pleasant encounter when i reached out to Ken for assistance on behalf of my daughter. Kudos for their great business ethics, professionalism and people skills. Just like not even a day had gone by!!!!

The firm doesn't seem professional after retaining the attorney. I kept calling and emailing to my lawyer but did not hear back for about months. People on front desk will note your message but the attorney will never call you back and answer for your concerns. On the day of hearing the attorney was completely unprepared , gave wrong statement and couldn't speak much in front of the judge , she gave wrong statement and couldn't answer the questions asked by the judge. Ultimately I lost the case even though my case was strong but because she was unprepared and did not present the proof which I provided her, I lost . It looked like she never looked at the documents I provided. I did not want her to look bad in front of the judge that's why I waited for my turn to speak and chose not to intrupt but now I regret. I would have done better than her if I had represented myself. I wasted all my money. Oh yes this firm is very expensive but not worthwhile at all.

Ken and Heather are outstanding attorneys. Both always have time to answer questions and KNOW the Law. Michael L
