I had a person who filed a law suit against me. I was trying to help him out of a bad construction job that already had two companies working the site and left the job. I was not charging him any labor costs so I was doing in my spare time. He should have filed against the first two contractor's but instead he filed against me. Gary came up with the idea to file a counter suit for the labor cost that I hadn't billed him for to counter his suit. The judge ended up dismissing his claim against me and awarded me the amount of my bill which I was not pursuing originally.
