Tracy herself may be a good lawyer but her customer service is the worse. Be prepared to wait weeks for a call back, the receptionist treat tou like you're doing them a favor by bringing her business. Tracy needs a new management team expeditiously.
She stood me up! Tracie was recommended to me by my uncle. I'm out-of-state and scheduled a conference call that she confirmed the day of the call. She was a no show, her staff said she was running late and would call me in thirty minutes. She never contacted me. I had a limited amount of time before I was due in Delaware County to deal with COSA elder care and wanted to pay for her consultation before meeting with COSA. Needless to say, I have found her staff is small and do not answer the phone before 10 a.m. I would not recommended this law firm.
Tracy works hard for you and gets the job done. I would not go to court without her. Anyone call me with a problem with the law I just say "call Tracy".
