One of his reviews listed here is by his own Secretary so a red flag should go up immediately. I hired Mr. Sigmon based on his stated ability to handle Insurance claims. If Mr. Sigmon had done any research and given proper guidance on how to best address the circumstances of my case we probably would have been successful. I should have fired him after I received my first bill and on it was listed an evening call from his cell phone while driving. During the call he confirmed I received his contract which took 10 seconds and then 2 minutes of discussion about a concert I had attended the previous evening. He billed me 100 dollars for that call. I called him and asked about the bill for the call not being related to my case and he reluctantly removed it from my charges. After thousands of dollars paid realizing he was going in the wrong direction and no effort on his part with any type of research to give proper guidance and representation, I fired Mr. Sigmon. Don't waste your money.
