Went to a few treatments, and their machine burn a whole on my lower back, I wish I could post pictures of it but it won't allow me to post pictures. There treatments are 5 minutes sit down and the here come a clicking apparatus. Then go home there done.

New office is really nice, clean and amazing view of the city. Ladies at the front desk are always so helpful and welcoming with their bright smiles. Dr. Ian is professional, answers questions and simplifies answers for understanding. Acknowledges patient's preferences when it comes to therapy. I feel like I've made progress with my injuries since receiving care with Excelsia.
Staff is wonderful. Along with being very professional, they are ALL so kind and patient.. They are very easy to talk to and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.. Great place highly recommend.
