The experience with this office has been marked by a consistent lack of professionalism and significant organizational issues. I tried to be patient due to positive reviews, repeated administrative errors and communication breakdowns led to the termination of contact. Key issues encountered include: Billing Errors: my card was incorrectly charged $1,500 instead of the quoted $250. Although the money was returned, it was necessary to close the bank account for security. When mentioned during the meeting with Mr. Laputka, the response focused solely on the return of funds, without apology. Repeated Cancellations & Scheduling Issues: Appointments were canceled by the office twice after time off work was taken. A third visit was initially met with a denial of an existing appointment. Lack of Communication & Follow-up: Despite Mr. Laputka stating during the meeting that follow-up questions via email/phone were included in the initial payment, the office later demanded an additional $300 payment for further communication. Emails went unanswered until the office was contacted to request a response. Poor Professional Demeanor: The overall interaction with staff and Mr. Laputka lacked basic professional courtesies, with no apologies offered for the numerous mistakes, delays, or inconvenience caused. The ongoing administrative burden and inconsistent service made it impossible to continue working with this company. The lack of professionalism at this farm is unacceptable, from the front desk staff to Charles Laputka himself.

My husband and I have given Laputka law offices a 5 star review. Let me tell you why. My husband and I went into their office to talk about "real estate law" services Attorney Laputka offers. We had paid by check in advance for the services we initially thought we'd utilize for sure. We had a consultation with Attorney Laputka and he had given amazing information for the services he could and would provide for us but he also gave us alternative measures that we could take as well. So after consideration amongst my husband and I we took alternative measures and didn't need law services after all. We contacted Attorney Laputka's office and he was more than happy to refund our money 100%. We were very satisfied with the service we received with not only Attorney Laputka but also the other staff members as well! Great team! Thank you!
