Review of Attorney Sam Feldman If you are considering hiring Sam Feldman, I strongly caution you to think twice. My experience with him has been nothing but frustrating, drawn out, and costly. What should have been a straightforward process has been dragged on for more than five years due to his repeated incompetence and lack of follow-through. Time after time, he claimed documents were "attached" when in fact they were not. Instead of providing the specific pension and retirement statements we were requesting, he once sent nothing more than a generic pamphlet -- completely irrelevant to what was asked. This kind of careless behavior is not only unprofessional but also incredibly damaging when you are depending on an attorney to handle serious matters correctly. I am not a lawyer, but even I know the difference between what is required and what he has been producing. His delays and misleading communication have forced me to spend unnecessary money with my own lawyer, who has had to continually follow up with him. After years of this nonsense, I am left with no choice but to move forward by filing a petition through the courts -- something that could have been avoided entirely if Mr. Feldman had simply done his job. In my opinion, Sam Feldman is unreliable, careless, and a complete disservice to anyone expecting proper legal representation.
