They are very welcoming straight from the beginning. Very efficient and professional. They are joyful and positive . I wish this was a regular dr office I would refer my friends and family lol if you are injured this is the place to get your care 100% I wish my attorneys office referred me here from the very beginning!

My experience at this doctor's facility was disappointing and emotionally draining. Appointments lasted under 15 minutes, and I will never forget a doctor laughing as he told me I would have to use a roller on my back for life. I went home and cried because my bulging discs were treated like a joke. Other patients shared the same frustrations. Most of my car accident benefits were burned up on quick doctor visits, leaving nothing for the deep tissue massages I really needed. Dr. Greening, though pleasant, spent more time on paperwork and staff lectures than giving me hands on care. He even refused neck adjustments or trigger point therapy, telling me my neck would stretch naturally while I sleep. When I tried switching to another PT facility, Dr. Greening warned it might look like double dipping, so I stayed only to later be blocked from returning to my original provider. It all felt shady and overly complicated. Eventually, they discharged me saying there was nothing more they could do. The injections only gave me a month of relief, and I still cannot drive more than 30 to 40 minutes without pain. My chronic issues were brushed off like they were normal. No one should leave treatment feeling worse than when they started.

Dr Greening is incredible. He takes care of you with a smile on his face every time. You express your pains and concerns to him and he listens to the fullest. If you don't feel comfortable with any treatment let him know and he will not force you. The assistants here are also amazing. Nashaly and Mari make you sure you feel comfortable on the STIM machine and will only turn it up to the setting you feel is best. They treat every patient with the most gentle care and compassion for your needs and always great conversations. The front desk lady Demaris makes sure your paper work is correct and that all your prescriptions get taken care of. The nurse Rosemari is the most caring person you will meet. She ensures you have the medication you need and nothing that you don't. She helps to make sure you have the proper referrals for Psychologists, cognitive therapy or maybe even psychiatry if that's what you prefer. I personally preferred the most natural holistic route. Appointments are simple and easy for those that are busy and can't spend too much time in therapy. Most days I am in and out in under 20 minutes unless I have the 50 minute massage which is recommended once every week or 2 depending on your condition. The masseuse Digna is stellar. She is super educated in her field and can help you understand everything about the pain that's bothering you. She always knows exactly where your triggers are which is awesome. She can make you leave better than you were feeling yesterday, a year ago, even from accidents 2 years ago or more. I wouldn't want it any other way and I'm glad my lawyers chose Excelsia for my care. After Every Appointment I see actual real-time improvements in my mobility whether it was stiff joints from whiplash or tight knots in my muscles. They make sure I leave feeling better each time. I can move around better now and feel more limber. As long as you do your stretches at home and continue your therapy you should be well on your way to a full recovery. Dr. Tom Greening is the best doctor very professional and informative. He is knowledgeable, skilled & compassionate! He understands my needs and is very helpful during my healing journey. Mari the medical assistant is also great! I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend coming here!
