If your looking for a great attorney for a simple defense matter, this attorney is great. As far as a complex high profile case, I would definitely not choose this attorney. He is very concerned with ruffling the feathers of any judge, and will cave at every hearing. I was blind sided by many additional fees that were supposedly covered on the initial agreement. Jason promised his fees were up to and including a settlement conference, which he didn't do. Have your eyes wide open if you retain this attorney.
