Michael Fuller was recommended to me by my bankruptcy attorney. After getting assistance from my bankruptcy attorney with setting up communication with this law office, I would experience extreme difficulty. I was told to email one person who then told me to email another. They would only communicate with me via email. And since I have a disability related to communication, this proved to be extremely difficult. They seemed interested in my case, but after some email exchanges, they preceded to blame my bankruptcy lawyer saying he did not serve the creditor who violated the automatic stay correctly. But yet, even when my lawyer would try to work with this company, they would refuse to follow up with either one of us. However, I was instructed by their intern to continue to send more information each time that the company violated the automatic stay. This was multiple times a month and ongoing. But I guess that was too much. I would go several months before getting any communication back in return. They out of the blue scheduled a phone call with me last week. I took the time out of my day to take their phone call. After 30 minutes past the appointment time, I called their office to ask what happened. They stated that they were "backed up" and they would "get back to me shortly." They did not. I rescheduled with Kim for the following week via text message. I would receive another phone call later that week asking if I could reschedule. I asked them to check the calendar to confirm my other appointment. It seems as though their office lacks coordination in communication with one another. I asked how long would the phone call take. They told me 15 minutes. So, in other words, I was able to conclude after sending them information for months and months, they were no longer interested in my case. They expected me to take two hours out of my day to sit around after hearing nothing for over seven months just to be canceled over the phone with a quick 15 minute phone call. So, if this is you, I recommend that you ask them to send you a rejection via email like I did. But next time, I won't wait 7 months or more to ask for such information. They gave me no apology or anything when I told them that I didn't appreciate waiting over seven months to get rejected. Their only response to my displeasure was to correct me saying that I have four years to file a case against the creditor who violated me after my bankruptcy. No empathy, nothing. So, because it's four years instead of one to file a case, I'm supposed to feel better about being ghosted for months on end thinking they would work with me but instead, showing me that I wasted my time? Even worse, I believe they also must have gave me a bad name to the attorney they referred me to. The attorney they referred me to called me last minute to collect payment for a consultation that they would normally do for free. No thank you. And for my bankruptcy lawyer to say that I was the first one to have this done to me by Michael Fuller's office in 18 years... I think not! Maybe to one of his clients, but with all the other 1* ratings, I'm sure I'm not alone.
