Tim is a brilliant trial attorney, great at courtroom tactics, and bringing out what we want from witnesses on the stand. His choice of jurors was excellent with our trial. We won both at the original trial and the second litigation against the State Bar's Professional Liability Fund, in which Tim convinced their board to write us a really big check at Christmastime.
