Enlisting Kafoury and McDougal was a great decision. I did not have need for this type of service until now. I don't live in Oregon so I didn't have direct references. With the help of my attorney daughter (practices a different type of law), I was able to narrow the choice down to a couple of firms. The video on the Kafoury website showing Jason Kafoury give a personal tribute to his dad at an event gave me some insight into Jason's character. And, I wasn't wrong. He and his staff (in particular, paralegal Natalie) have been great to work with. Very responsive, very transparent. Jason even stayed in contact during his vacation (not that I expected that).
