I had a crazy accident 3 year ago and I was lucking for legal advice and finally I found a James Dodge and his law firm whose really helped me to win my case when I thought that everything was lost. They all worked very professional. I really feel lucky in finding people like them whose really care a fight for those that are in need!! I can't find the right words to express my thankfulness and appreciation! Thank you very much for all your help!!!

I've had a great experience with Mr. Dodge. It's been a year so far on my workers comp case. I've been able to focus on follow up appointments while they take care of the saif side of things. And the two car insurance companies involved denied me. But Dodge and associates contacted them and got me compensated.

I hired Jim Dodge 4/18/19 after an injury on the job. He knew everything about saif and how they work because he has the advantage of being a former attorney for SAIF workers comp and he knows everyone that works there. I had a herniated disc with pinched nerve causing pain down my leg on the left side. Jim got me covered for all medical and i had 1 discectomy and went back to work. It herniated again bigger than before the first surgery and caused more problems. I had to have a second surgery after having to prove to workers comp that the same injury larger than before was still from the first injury at work. I healed and all leg pains went away but back pain did not. I was offered a good amount for everything and Jim Dodge said no!!!! He worked everyday and got the amount they offered doubled in the end. HE IS THE BEST when it comes to fighting SAIF! Why would you want an attorney that doesnt know SAIF when you can have an attorney like Jim Dodge that knows more about SAIF than any of there new attorneys? The SAIF attorneys told me they were not planning on settling my case at all until Jim went to work guys!!!!???? If you want to win and get whats owed to you then Jim Dodge is your man! These guys talking about they dont answer the phone are right! They cant staff the office because of COVID but they do return calls in a timely manner. The times are hard on everyone and its hard to be patient when you need help but with Jim Dodge patience pays off. Leave a message and wait for the call back. It would not be professional for him to be in the middle of court and pause it all to answer your call. He is 100% professional with each and every client. Leave message and WAIT your turn he will get back to you!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a workers comp claim, I felt I got shorted in this claim. I barely ever talked to Mr Dodge and really a couple worthless connections. It was 2 years getting my life back together from a fractured hip. Didn't seem he had really did much work or even felt my pain. I was told one amount and ended up settling for a much lower price. When I met him he seemed strong but as we went along I felt sold out. He got way more in the settlement than was discussed. I usually don't comment s on these matters but I feel who ever uses him please ask questions and keep records. Make sure you do your own work. Mr Dodge is friendly I will agree but doesn't really engage much as time goes on. Didn't feel he really even knew my case. Anyways just dissatisfied and needed to vent. I took him because he said he was the best and knew saif. Should have gone with other attorney. Lesson learned.

Had a workers compensation case back in 2023 I was told back in May of 2024 that it was going to be appealed didn't hear anything for a month or two when I finally called back the associate under Mr Dodge was supposed to call me back never did whenever I called no one ever answers the phone I feel like everything was a waste of time
