Ryan Hilts is by far and away the best auto attorney anyone could ask for. I was in a horrible car accident in September of 2023. I was seriously injured. After a lot of phone calls I decided Ryan was the best choice and I made the right one. He was 100% professional, knowledgeable and was there every step of the way to answer every question. He got me a great settlement and to anyone who has been in an accident, remember, it doesn't happen over night. Be patient, do everything step by step and Ryan will come through. My mother-in-law retained Ryan to represent her in a personal injury claim in 2019. Unfortunately my mother-in-law passed away in 2021 but Ryan stuck with my husband and I to help my husband peruse a claim as estate representative. I honestly can't say enough good things about Ryan and his team. Due to our circumstances, many things occurred along the way that changed the case, but throughout it Ryan always kept our best interest in mind. Ryan excels at communication. If we had any questions or concerns, an email or phone call to him would get a very quick response. I've had lawyers before where you have to wait weeks to hear back from them, with Ryan it was always within a couple of days. He is able to explain the situation in real terms. I don't want to say he "dumbed" things down for us, but he made sure we always understood what was happening and which steps were needed next. He used terms and language that we understood since we are not well versed in legal terminology. I've not had the best experience with lawyers in the past, but Ryan treated us respectfully, is extremely empathetic, never once did we feel like he was just in this for himself. He never rushed us, he was patient throughout the 4 years of representing us and working on our case. My husband and I 100% trusted that Ryan would advocate and fight for the best outcome of our case. Which he did. It was an absolute blessing to have an attorney where we could just, breathe and not worry that things weren't getting taken care of. We hope to never need Ryan's services again, but we would retain him as our lawyer in a heartbeat if we ever needed to.
