Todd is my guy, he backed me in my case where I was struck as a pedestrian by an oncoming car he did what was necessary to go after all the parties involved and sought out compensation from every one of them. My experience with Todd Peterson from Peterson Law was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. He accepted my case, giving me hope that we could seek the compensation I was entitled to. However, after wasting my time and effort, he suddenly decided the case wasn't worth pursuing--simply because he couldn't make contact with the person we were seeking compensation from. If that's all it takes for him to abandon a case, he should never have taken it in the first place. To make matters worse, there was very little communication from Todd throughout the process. When I did get updates, it was only because I initiated the contact. The responses I received were short, one-liner emails that showed a complete lack of genuine care for his clients. It felt like he was just going through the motions without any real commitment to helping. On top of all this, he didn't even send critical letters via certified mail, which would have provided proof of delivery. Instead, he used regular mail and gave the absurd excuse that certified mail often gets refused. This lazy approach shows a serious lack of diligence and professionalism. Todd Peterson's handling of my case was a waste of time and effort. He clearly doesn't fight for his clients or care enough to communicate properly. If you're looking for serious legal representation, I strongly advise avoiding Peterson Law.

Todd helped me and my husband a lot in our case with an insurance company. We were victims in hit and run accident with a drunk driver who got caught, thanks to the Police, shortly after the accident. Our car was in a repair shop for a long time and insurance company refused to pay car rental fees which accumulated to north of 5K by the time our car was fixed. Todd helped greatly in arguing our case with the insurance company and recovering everything they owed us! Besides the car rental payments, Todd also helped us to have insurance company pay for our car depreciation due to the repairs which we did not even know possible in such cases. I'm pretty happy with the results of my car accident claim. Todd Peterson took my case and turned a pathetic $800 (no medical paid) offer from All State into a $20,000 settlement. They clearly did great work! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I felt that they should have kept me updated throughout the process more and didn't responded to my emails in a timely fashion. But none the less I'm very pleased with their work and would recommend them!
