Rebecca Wilson is a godsend. I never would have survived the stress and legal process without her. She is thorough, detailed and very patient. She did a wonderful job of dumbing down the legal jargon and litigation process for me. I would not have survived my divorce without her much less come out on top. Also, Mary is an amazing assistant. She was always there to answer my call and take all my hundreds of pages of discovery of paperwork. I can't say enough about the positive experience I had with this law firm.

Today I called this law firm and was met with an unprofessional and rude response. The person who answered simply said "hello," making me question if I had even reached a law office. When I inquired about availability for this week if possible, I received a blunt "no" with no follow-up questions or effort to assist. I thanked her, and she promptly hung up withoutany courtesy. If this is the level of professionalism over the phone, I can't imagine trusting them with legal matters. Disappointing experience.

Rude, unprofessional, unorganized and incompetent. Waited for 4 months just to be told they couldn't talk to me the day of scheduled appointment. This place is a disaster. Stay away.

I got taken on as a client for my son's abuse by his stepfather and mother being thrown into a closet after the abuse. I had given her a $2,000 down payment while being disabled and on low income. I had a court case the same day we had a phone meeting so I called to reschedule, she convinced me I didn't need to reschedule, and I told her otherwise; that I would like to have a backup date just in case. I ended up missing the appointment even though I called during my 1 hour block I called 20 to 30 minutes in wondering why I hadn't received a call and she was talking to another client doubling her money. she ended up dismissing my case letting me go because of the missed call. In a month in a half 2 months she had taken $1,000 from me after doing no work besides talking to me..... I filled out my own papers and she rewrote them considering it her work copy and paste is all she did

STAY AWAY from this law firm!!! Kendall Ferguson is extremely rude and seriously negligent as an attorney. She failed at informing me of courthouse changes right before the case was to be heard, she failed at providing legal documents until after they were signed by the judge and she failed at protecting my assets. From my experience with her, I'd say that she will hurt you/your case more than she will help you. She is a heartless, conceited, greedy individual that likes to boast about her income on your dime. She'll also tell you about what a wonderful person she is because she ALLOWS her brother to live in HER house as long as he follows HER rules. Like I even care!!! She lied to the judge by saying I was completely aware of her actions when in reality I didn't find out until days later that she was filing unauthorized documents in my case. Then, she lied to the judge again (2 days in a row) so that they would grant her wish to drop my case. In my opinion, she isn't qualified for the position she currently holds and she behaves like a downright immature brat when caught in a lie. My advice is to beware of the whole office because her mother is an attorney and her father is the CPA. It's a family business designed to take your money all the while screwing your rights in court. GO ELSEWHERE!!!
