I'm not really happy with this office. Mr. Cleary was my attorney after my motor vehicle accident where I was hit, due to a lady running a red light. With that being said and no witnesses I seeked an attorney and the chiropractor office recommended this office to me. Unfortunately I did not feel like I was taken care of or fought for in that matter. I barley got any communication from him unless I reached out. Sometimes it took several weeks for him to get back to me. I also expected him to fight a little more for my caseregardless of how big or small my case is. My vehicle was totaled during this accident and the lady that hit me claimed she had a green light wich in fact is a lie! Anyways....the entire case ended up going to arbitration and was deemed at 50/50 wich leads me being at fault 50% and now my rates most likely will go up when I been a accident and ticket free driver for almost 10 years. Mr Cleary did not seem like he put much effort in my case to help get a settlement or fight for me to not be at fault in this (wich was more important to me then a settlement to be honest). With this being said, I don't recommend this law firm. I truly believe no matter how small or big a claim might be, every client should be treated with respect and fought for the same as a client that has a bigger case. Don't waste your time with this office. Find someone else.

NIcole Tudhope was the attorney who assisted me in a car accident case. She was very professional and explained the process very easy. The overall outcome was a positive one. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a car accident attorney.
