I would not recommend Mr.John Fisher to anyone. He was slow with the process regarding my dads estate. He didn't submit the correct paperwork to the courts the 1st time on multiple occasions, which resulted in more money he charged and the delay of services. He was abrupt & didn't like it when someone spoke up asking questions about the process. He seemed to forget the policies & processes. For example, handling of (small estate affidavit's).He 1st said we don't need one to get my dads (Safety Deposit Box) & than said we did, than said we didn't & so on. He definitely couldn't multi-task. He way over charges for this type of an attorney. I unfortunately wasn't the one that chose the attorney. I would definitely not recommend this attorney to anyone.
