A custody case is one of the most stressful and horrible things a parent can go through. I could not imagine going through this process with anyone but Jacy Arnold. The personal connection she makes with her clients is unbelievable, and she walks you through every step of the process. The office staff was kind, considerate, and always provided a quick response to any questions that I had. Without a doubt I recommend Jacy to anyone looking for an attorney that fights for your child as if they were her own. Amazing attorney and amazing firm!

My experience with this attorney was awful. It is my opinion that 'Every American has the right to express their own opinion online about personal experience they have had with the business, as long as those opinions are truthful, it does not matter if the negative reviews have a negative impact in the business. The burden of proof is in the businesses 'not' the customer.' Although I can not tell you exactly what my experience was with this Law Firm. My personal review for this business is "less than a one star". Just take my word for it.

Corrupt law firm. They're helping an angry, jealous woman keep a man's children from him with no good reason. He is an honest, hard working man and is a great father and it's disgusting that there are corrupt people who take money to hurt someone with their children. They absolutely do not have the children's best interest at heart. I highly suggest you find a different firm if you value having fair and just treatment of your case.

Why is there no 0 stars? Went here for a consult. $225 for an hour of being told nothing more than I got from a court appointed attorney, by somebody that takes my paperwork to the bathroom with them and leaves it there while I'm sitting in the conference room waiting for him. After consult he tells me he's going to do something within 3 days... 8 days later still waiting for it to be done. Called his office and his secretary says, verbatim, "he can't be bothered right now." I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. I was under the impression that they were able to do what I need to do but come to find out a court appointed attorneys or much more knowledgeable and then going on of things as opposed to these other ones are just high-priced and I just don't know about them
