Bodywork of Bend

I started coming here to get help with chronic back pain & while I was sore from physical therapy, and it was exactly what I wanted in a massage place: effective, simple but relaxing, more therapy than spa. The therapists are great! I see Phoenix monthly; she's a pro at the kind of bodywork I need. My pain is a lot more manageable and improving all the time, and I look forward to it every month to work on sore muscles and tension. Highly recommend.

10/10! I definitely recommend Jess for a deep tissue massage! She gave the best in have ever had massage give the right amount of pressure that I needed! I will definitely be booking another appointment soon! If you have had deep tissue massage before but it was as deep as you needed! Jess is your gal. She is very professional! Thank you Jess! Had a great experience with the deep tissue massage from kai/jay! Knew the right spots and got a lot of areas for just a 60 min massage. Also the receptionist / front desk has been very accommodating and responsive. Very nice place, good price, highly recommend!

Jesse really helped relieve the pain in my shoulders and wrist after a skiing accident in the past that has flares ups of inflammation, pain, and difficulty moving my wrist and upper shoulders post ski trip. In the community of Bend I would highly recommend this place and Jesse for you skiers/snowboarders out there! The therapist clearly knew what they were doing targeting all the right spots without making anything feel worse, super knowledgeable.
