Very unprofessional , from the first call we made to the 3rd call , nothing changed !! They keep putting us on long holds and no one follows up. They answer the call by asking us who is calling . Don't waste your time with this firm until they hire more professional staff to answer their calls. We have a found a more organized and reliable firm to handle our case .
