Tina and her team were AMAZING ! From my first phone call, to the the last, JRJ treated me like I was their most important client. JRJ was able to get me an incredible settlement that was far more than I had imagined. I had a very strange experience from start to finish with this firm. I initially wrote the partners, who looked to be some pretty awesome powerhouses, and then heard from a "Senior Lawyer", who I was kind of uncomfortable with from the beginning. I was trying to work with him to get a Retainer Agreement that worked for me. I had some tech issues using their verification app. I am pretty tech OK, lol. In an email this week, the "Senior Lawyer" suggested I might ask my children to help me navigate the app, and as they say, "wtaf". That was a hugely stupid thing to say. So? I wrote an email back, outlining my concern about a comment like this. I expected some kind of humble apology from him, but nope! All he did was email me back asking to confirm a time for a call. Yah. No. Does not work for me. And? When I forwarded this to the two partners? I got nothing back, either. Hugely disappointed, and wondering where all the 5-star reviews are coming from. Maybe from people who did not have to deal with Frank Coscarella, or the non-responsive partners. Has completely soured my view of personal injury lawers. So sad to say.
