At the bison law firm they was very quick they're down to earth people. And I was very happy with there service. Hire at your own risk if you choose! I dont recommend this law firm. There is definitely better lawyers out there that would love to take your case and will take alot of pride in their job & have you as their best of interest. Instead of making that mighty dollar and don't care what the outcome is for you. Biggest issue was lack of communication, un organized and unprofessional with ALL of the staff and they do not work in a timely manner to get case resolved. Also received a bill AFTER settlement was issued that should've been included in from a pt visit that I was sent to by this law office but the blame was put on someone else and was told since I was already in the middle off my assessment to finish with visit they would take care of the bill since it was an error. Was also yelled at by the keeper I had hired to fight for me not against me he literally argued with me overall very unprofessional. 1 full year of a bunch of non sense. Will not recommend this firm to anyone nor will I use them in the future

Mark and Karen are amazing!!! I felt genuinely cared for during my injury claim. Karen listened to me vent, without judgment about everything to include my personal issues. Their team kept me up to date on every step. I can't recommend them enough! They are in your corner!
