Carlos's law firm lacks professionalism everyone in his office doesn't have a clue what they are doing. Sonia is the most professional out of all of them. If your looking for a place to start an immigration process look elsewhere. My husband had a hard time in his interview at Juarez because Mr Carlos and his assistant Lorena did not give him proper documentation to take with him. Once we got proper documents I noticed his Affidavit of Support Form I-864 was incorrect. I'm NOT a professional it took me 10 seconds to spot the mistake! Once I made them all aware of the error they filled out a new form had to wait for it to come in through mail just to receive it and to find out IT HAD MISTAKES what a joke!! If your ever in my situation don't expect for them to care never received a call from anyone in his law firm to check on us or even a text to see if we made it back. Be careful when choosing an immigration lawyer do your research.
I want to give a big thanks to Attorney Carlos Williams for his help on a traffic ticket I received in January, and his secretary Sonja for putting up with me and answering any questions I had about this firm and my case. Thanks to Attorney Williams' help, he got my traffic ticket dismissed/expunged a few months later! If anyone gets a traffic ticket, and ESPECIALLY if you are a CDL holder, I recommend this attorney right here! Now I hope I never have to go through something like this again, but if I was to ever get another ticket, or get in any sort of a legal bind, I will likely be using this firm again, for sure.
