We got hit hard in the May Owasso, OK This was a bad storm- wind/hail/ tornado 400 yds away so heavy outlying winds. Insurance company tried to deny the claim with a ton of run around, telling us they could not explain the round dents in my roof, it was " mechanical damage ", they even went as far as to accuse me of brining a ladder on my roof so that must be the cause of the round spoon size dents in my roof. If you're having problems with your Insurance company claim the only answer is to hire a good attorney. Do not hire a public adjuster because they can't do what an attorney can.
