I came in for a deposition. During the deposition, I was asked questions about my financial situation, my military service, and my disability status. I stated that I was not comfortable discussing these matters, but the questioning continued. Needless to say I felt my feelings were thrown to the curb. Also, right after the questioning, the lawyer was whispering to his assistant and they were both smiling between themselves. It was very unprofessional.

Scott has defended me multiple times and I always walked away extremely satisfied.He may be soft spoken but is a hard hitter.

He did a smash up job for me. I am thankful that God led me to be represented by him. When NO OTHER Lawyer initially would touch my case, he was willing.
