Craig truly helped me throughout the WC process. He understands the emotional stress and tactics that are used to stress you out by your employer. He always told me my rights and helped me navigate my medical visits. He helped me settle for an amount that was well above his initial estimates. I would highly recommend him. He didn't sugar coat anything and always told me the truth, even when it might have been hard to digest. He didn't push me into surgeries and always reminded me sometimes surgeries work and sometimes they don't. I chose to have the hip surgery and it was very successful. I chose not to have the back surgery because they weren't confident it would help my issue. I am doing well 4 years after injury with therapy management and other recommendations. I appreciate him greatly! Before I hired him my job was bullying me and telling me I wasn't hurt or in pain. After I hired him, that stopped immediately and the WC insurance started helping me with treatment. If you work in healthcare and get injured, you need to hire him!

Anyone that had any thing bad to say; either didn't have a strong case, doesn't understand law or was rude to staff. My case isn't finished yet, but everyone that works there seems nice and actually cares about their customers. Also, they call back in a reasonable time, unlike other law firms I had worked with. I wish I would have known about them for my wreck. I can't thank them enough for how well they do business. Craig always seems to be a step ahead. I will always recommend Armstrong & Vaught.
