Each person I spoke to was fantastic. They made the process much less stressful than I expected. Very fast and great communication.

If I could leave zero stars I would. WORST Title Company in the history of Title Companies. They do NOT keep their word, they do not return phone calls and they delay wire transfers. CLOSERS beware!! Keep moving and find a better closing company. Hindered process of closing at every stage, knit picked and very unprofessional. Nothing short of LIES and RUDE!! Beware BeWaRe BEWARE and keep looking for a title company!

Very disappointing experience with attorney Jeff Whitesell. He reviewed the title situation, said he would handle case (I offered immediate retainer) and then ghosted me for weeks, no call back, email back. Completely unprofessional - I have no issue if you don't want to handle, but at least communicate that so that we can move forward with another attorney.
