Greg Wilson Attorney at Law

Greg Wilson is an excellent attorney. He has served me and my family well in a few cases. I do feel that maybe his caseload has been a bit heavy for him over the past few years. This can be due to several factors that also may have affected other local attorneys. A certain pandemic for one. For this I hold no fault towards him or his abilities. I did seek out a larger firm that could attend to my legal needs slightly more timely in my particular case and I hope in doing so that it unburdened his caseload to some degree. I cannot say anything negative towards him as an attorney, nor as a man. I commend him and his staff in having patience with an old disabled veteran with panic anxiety that muddied the waters in communication at times. I would recommend him to anyone. If I could make one suggestion to Greg Wilson, it would be to have a client portal for communications and tracking billing accurately. It's helpful to clients to know how their retainer is spent and to track close and accurately when funds are needed to add for services rendered. I would also hope that if in the future there was ever a need to hire him again, that he would accept

He has guided me through several significant legal challenges, including a successful adoption case and a complex divorce, where I achieved everything I asked for. Most notably, he helped me have a criminal case against me dismissed--an allegation that arose under false pretenses from my ex during our divorce, along with navigating the associated protection orders. Recently, he assisted me with my petition for expungement, dedicating over half an hour in his office to provide invaluable advice and detailed explanations about the process, what applied to my situation, and the next steps to take...at no cost. I've been fortunate to work with him since 2017, and his commitment to fairness in pricing in my other cases was refreshing; we agreed on a flat fee, and he consistently honored those agreements no matter how long it took. The customer service at his office has also been exceptional this year, especially with the new lady at the front who has been fantastic. Greg even took the time to mentor me on separate cases I've filed in Cleveland County and Oklahoma County (I am not a lawyer...yet). He is the epitome of a dedicated lawyer--honest, reliable, and always keeping his promises. If you need legal assistance, I highly recommend reaching out to him first; he's the one you want on your side!

Keep a better log than what I did of anytime you call or email and don't always expect a response. Very upset being told today that I haven't tried calling about my case which is a lie! I have had Greg represent me in the past with no issues but this last time was pure headache!! He quit returning calls or emails. 2 years and nothing was ever done with my case and the only way I know ANYTHING about it now is because I called. Something may have been filled but in 2 years there has NEVER been a court date or anything. Very disappointing.
