Jeff Potts Law Office

Paid $650.00 for a no contest full custody order. Other parties attorney prepared and sent papers multiple times, this started in February of 2019. It is now going into November and I still have no signed papers and Jeff's office refuses to take my calls or call me back. Very unsatisfied. Will have to hire a new attorney just to sign papers I already paid for!

Never returns phone calls. His "wife" that is horrible at her job will say he will call back or get back to you. she's a little liar and will give you the run around. She also lied saying she mailed a letter that took her over a month to mail. Debbie apparently doesn't work there anymore at least she knew what she was doing. I don't recommend going here AT ALL and it took them two years to even file the bankruptcy and "left " a lot of things off the list.

I hired Mr. Potts in March 2017 for a Bankruptcy. I have had my account paid in Full since November 2017 & I have even taken a pre-paid Visa Card for the Filing Fee to them in January. I've been taking monthly bank statements & pay stubs to them. I have been trying to keep everything updated and they still HAVE NOT filed my Bankruptcy nor have made any attempts to keep in contact with me. I do not recommend Mr.Potts services. Your better off going to someone who can get the job done in a timely manner.

If you're looking to have absolutely anything done, find a different lawyer. Paid for a service in full months ago and continue to get the run around or told it'll be a couple more weeks. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
