Brandon Link and his secretary Christina were AMAZING at helping me get my disability. They went overboard to help me at every turn. A million Thank You to them.

Over 2 years and zero contact. We tried calling and texting multiple times. I understand he's the only disability lawyer in Duncan, and he had surgery but he didn't even let his clients know that was going on. He has set back our claim and now we have to find new representation and he still refuses to release. We told him almost a year ago that we didn't want his services anymore due to the lack of communication and lack of filing things that needed to be filed and he dropped us a few weeks before the hearing. We still cannot find new representation until he sends a signed paper saying he has dropped the case. If you don't want any communication or any knowledge on what's going on with your case, then sure, hire him. Otherwise look elsewhere.

Accused me of cursing out his partners secretary and then I was cursed out by him and his secretary. He would not return calls or emails. Was notified by the social security office that no paperwork was turned in on time on their behalf. I had to file the appeal and do all the leg work. But I will say his dad was a great workers comp attorney.

If there is a way to get you approved for SSDI, Brandon Link knows how to get it done. His self confidence allowed me to not be stressed out. He and his staff are wonderful. They were always friendly and considerate with me even though there were times when I was confused or forgetful. On the morning of my hearing there were three possible outcomes for me. Good, better or best. I was afraid to get my hopes up but we walked out of the hearing with the best possible outcome. I highly recommend Brandon Link.
