Although it's been well over 30 years, and I no longer live in Youngstown, I think of Attorney Epstein fondly. The best lawyer ever who attended my case with much care and respect. Both Attorney Bruce Epstein and his assistants are beyond EXCEPTIONAL professionals, as well as, very caring individuals, who I believe were called to their jobs by their talents and sincere desire to help people. It was very obvious to me from the beginning that this was not about 'money' or 'just a job to be done' attitude as soon as I shook his hand the first time. Attorney Epstein is a caring and thoughtful person who innately understands the feelings of humiliation and defeat that a person is undergoing when forced to file a bankruptcy. He is a very methodical but 'gentle soul'. While he was working my case, he was ALWAYS respectful and had a humility about him. His caring, yet 'getting business done' attitude was soothing to me, as he permeates a caring about his clients and an empathy that is felt. I thought it would be an ordeal, as well as, embarrassing while going through this necessary legal battle. But I was nothing of the sort. I always felt Attorney Epstein 'had my back' and my best interests at heart. Even after all was done and said at the courthouse,, and I had already moved to another state, Attorney Epstein and his well-informed assistants continued to take my calls, answer my questions, and pursued what small things were still entailed with my situation. I was never billed anything extra for Attorney Epstein's time or his assistant's. To this day, I know that I could call them with a question about re-building my credit, and they would still be willing to help me. I have had attorney's before for other reasons who did not have empathy, and who made me feel it was about money and that I was just another client. This attitude, in turn, made me very mistrusting of Attorneys for decades afterward. Attorney Epstein changed that perspective that not all Attorney's are bad guys. I am incredibly thankful to him and his staff. Because of their EXCEPTIONAL help, filing bankruptcy was a pleasant and stress-relieving procedure. My life is so much fuller and happier because of Attorney Epstein's graciousness and well-experienced abilities, as well as his sincere caring. While none of us want to experience bankruptcy, life can hand us some pretty devastating circumstances. Lisa, his Administrative Assistant, is phenomenal with answering questions, organizing the paperwork needed, and scheduling. She helped a lot with my initial questions and the last of the paperwork. Again, no one wants to go through this but if you find yourself facing bankruptcy, this is absolutely the best attorney and team to have.

Filing bankruptcy was a tough choice to make Mr Epstein made the whole process very easy. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that even the average Joe like me can understand. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a great lawyer on there side.
