I sat in jail almost a year unwilling to accept a plea for something I didn't do.The prosecution offered a polygraph and pending the results an amended indictment. I was driven shackled 4 hours away to BCI. The results were inconclusive so off to prison I went. It was there that I learned I had a heart issue. A competent attorney would have discovered that before the test was administered. In fact I'm certain his clients seek medical evaluations as part of his procedure. To bad for me his only pay was to be of court appointment. I don't recommend him for criminal ,especially if you are innocent ......
