Throughout the estate closing process, Attorney Cochran's lack of professionalism was consistently apparent. Despite serving as a co-executor, I often felt sidelined as he predominantly communicated with the other executor. My attempts to seek updates were frequently met with delayed responses or no response at all, leaving me feeling uninformed and excluded. This one-sided communication approach was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. Furthermore, Attorney Cochran's failure to meet crucial court document deadlines resulted in me being unexpectedly issued court paperwork, necessitating my appearance due to his lack of timely response. While thankfully, this issue was eventually resolved without my needing to appear in court, it caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Additionally, Attorney Cochran's request for me to visit his office solely to provide three addresses, which could have been easily obtained via phone or email, further highlighted his lack of efficiency. The ensuing difficulty he experienced in printing the required document led to a significant one-hour delay during the meeting. Frustrated by this inefficiency, I ultimately requested that he mail the document to me for signing, emphasizing his lack of preparation and organization. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend Attorney Cochran's services.
