I hired them for a defective Trailer, we were having trouble with from day, one we bought, it has been in the shop for Pretty much The first year we owned it. The manufacturer kept telling us they would fix it, but it was not being fixed. I spoken with Susan. She told me all this stuff they knew we wanted a buyback as we were down thousands of dollars already. She told me that they would definitely be willing to do that.so that I would give them the retainer once I gave them the retainer the process slowed down extremely it's almost like they had a relationship with the RV company I did not like the offer at all. All of a sudden they were not willing to go to court when we were ready to go to court Because all the offers we were getting were extremely low and we were losing a lot of money They pretty much told me there's nothing they can do for me. They don't wanna go to court. And if I did not settle, they would just drop the case I definitely would not recommend this law for any lemon laws rvs They just want to get the quick settlement. They're not willing FIGHT For their clients at all, they just want a quick pay payday....

corresponded with them for about a month, sent them over a lot of information at their request that they said they needed to review only for them to basically ignore me after that and stop responding to my emails. makes me wonder what they really wanted all of that information for, since it clearly wasn't to assist me in my case.

Purchased a new 38 foot Forest River Sierra. After one month it tore up the gear box on the long slide. A month later with new replacement gear boxes, it had torn up two more. After many conversations with the Forest River customer service complaint department they refused to honor the warranty.
