He is the best of the best in his field, and I know without a shadow of a doubt that my case would not have been won with any other attorney representing me due to the complexity. After retiring from law enforcement, I have testified in court more than 700 times and have met many, many attorneys; a lot of which I am still friends with. By going through the process first without representation you really make Michael's job harder. I waited until the appeals process thinking to myself that there was no way I would be denied with the permanent disabling injuries I was facing. Furthermore, having written thousands of reports and navigating the court process in my job, I convinced myself that it would be stupid to hire an attorney and possibly lose some of the back pay money that comes with approval. That was a huge mistake. I believe if you go into the process with no arms and legs and are only a living torso, your claim would still be denied. The system is not in your favor. So, despite it being a long review I hope that you realize that there is no way you can successfully navigate this process without Michael in your corner. Michael came on board during my appeal process and there is ZERO CHANCE I would have one by myself or with another attorney representing me. That's the confidence I have him.
