I don't believe Kettering health handled or is handling the cyber attack correctly. They need to take steps until they can guarantee our PHI is safe. So I reached out to get information and initially agreed to look at the word again documentation for the cyber attack. The representative sent me a copy and told me I would get a reminder that night. I reviewed the document and said I didn't want to proceed. So I called the representative back within a day or two and told him I was not interested right now so please stop the emails. He said he would but I continue to get the emails daily or almost daily. I have responded by email, but the spam from the law firm continues to occur. There is some legitimacy to a class action lawsuit, but at this point, I'm turned off by the law firm during the class action.

I have a new case with them so far so good I have no complaints!!! Let's see what the future holds they are great they keep in contact with me I do my part and update them on everything that changes on my end the lawyers have their part and obviously you have yours they are great so far!

At the moment I have an on going class action lawsuit with this law firm. Here is my experience: Communication: Very pleasant attorneys and paralegals. They are always nice and helpful. I do not know how to deal with computers and they texted me a docusign I think that was ver nice. Due Diligence: My kind of case Take time because like me there is thousand of people more involved in the same lawsuit. Therefore even when is taking time everytime that something need to be done they are on top of it and do it. Timing: I was explained in detail the proceso I understood every step and I fiel that is going hoy supposed to do. Settlemement: I am happy with my amount and the minute I expressed that I wanted more I spoke with attorney Davis and He understood and changed my claim. In my experiencia this is a great place people is nice and efficient. Update: the lawfirm is calling me for more information I will receive my settlement at the end of the year and I sent them my last medical records because I got a surgery Last month and my settlement amount was increased I am very please and Will recommend this place to everyone

It's upsetting how this firm has treated my elderly mother. She spent 2 years left out of the loop as to what was or was not happening in her case. She was often left hanging, with receptionists telling her she'd receive calls back but never actually called her back. It wasn't until I stepped in on my mom's behalf and threatened to fire the law firm that an actual attorney made time to talk on the phone. I was able to at least get my mom's case number, something she'd never before been provided. Wright and Schulte have very poor client- attorney relationships because they don't bother giving updates to clients, claiming to be "too busy for that."
