I had shipped a motorcycle engine to a mechanic in Clyde, OH for restoration. After waiting 15 months, the mechanic became completely unresponsive. I am so glad that I hired Zachary to retrieve the engine for me, he researched the owner of the restoration shop, advised me of all available options, retained an investigator, and developed a plan to secure my engine.
