Great experience, Ohio Ethics Commission miscommunication. Mr. Fruth made it easy from investigating to resolution. He was supportive & understanding throughout. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a lawyer that will treat you like more than just a paycheck. There are times in one's life that things go better when placed in the right hands.

Jim Fruth did NOTHING for me. Never on the Offense. Always on Defense. Did not fight for things that I asked for in divorce. I had to constantly email asking- What's next? What are we waiting on? Lack of communication all throughout. Way too much down time during the case. Very Very Disappointing and EXPENSIVE.

I should have spent at least 5 years in prison, given common precedent set by the courts at the time of my charges (2014). Mr Fruth worked incredibly hard for me as my public defender and I avoided prison and was sentenced to a Community Based Correctional Facility (CBCF) in Seneca County where I spent just under 6 months. The CBCF was an absolute nightmare but, ultimately, better than prison. Mr. Fruth is a kind and very capable lawyer. I would not hesitate to work with him in the future, should that ever be necessary. Thank you Mr. Fruth.

Jim Fruth is a wonderful attorney. He is down to earth and approachable, even in the most delicate of legal matters. He works quickly and has an excellent team of support staff that are communicative and highly efficient in all matters. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Worst choice I could have made. Fruth had nothing prepared and didn't even know who all was involved in my case. He just lets thing fall where they may without concern for the client, because he's paid either way. He takes no responsibility. He's completely uneducated about laws, put in no effort, and had no clue what he was doing. He does not work for his client.
