For all intents and purposes Richard Martin cannot practice law in the state of Ohio. He'll sweet talk you into obtaining him, but from that point you will have to deal with another lawyer, sometimes just out of law school. He's so sincere when you come in for a consultation but his concern stops there. In business for over 30+ years and one 5 star review ? Ask yourself why. Go elsewhere......any where else.
