They started off strong then they let me fall on my face. Judged me like I hurt myself. I hired them because I didn't know the law the only time they wrote or talk to me was in the beginning otherwise I had to reach out. I have to say they make you feel worse than your injury. Sad part is they have it in them to win. Its bad when your atty becomes not in your favor. I feel if they kept me on top of my rights believe and fought for me. This would have been resolve. Wow is all I can say and not in a good way this is so sad .

After waiting on hold for over 20 minutes, I was finally connected with someone who told me I didn't qualify and couldn't move forward with what I was trying to do simply because 'it's too hard' and judged me for it. Their discouragement and completely incorrect legal advice nearly derailed me. Thankfully, I eventually found an excellent attorney who actually cared, worked hard, and helped me win my case by a landslide. Laziness doesn't pay, and being rude on top of it certainly doesn't earn many stars. The only bright spot in the whole experience was the receptionist. She was kind and professional, and I genuinely hope she's doing well.
