I waited for over 20 plus years for an accident that I had while working for a a food company. To only receive $900.00 I ask the attorney are you serious $900.00 dollars I waited for. I would never ever recommend anyone to ever use Kendis and Associates. The worst law firm that I've ever had to deal with in my life. So PLEASE TAKE HEED, NEVER EVER UTILIZE THIS LAW FIRM... STRAIGHT GARBAGE!!!
This lawyer is a joke. My case has been going on for over 2 yrs and i haven't spoken to him one. His secretary doesnt know whats going on half the time and i found out through my doctor that he was trying to add things to my case that had nothing to do with my workers comp claim so maybe thats why he wont personally speak to me. I wouldnt reccomend him or the firm to anyone at all. I eventually dropped him and got a new lawyer.
