Highly recommend Brian for anyone needing an attorney. He is very knowledgeable and takes his job seriously. He is quick to respond to emails and easy to talk to. Divorce is never easy but Brian made the process as quick as it could possibly be.

I cannot recommend Pfost Law, specifically Brian Smith, enough! I recently went through a lengthy, ugly divorce with lots of hiccups and Brian was great through it all. Very responsive, supportive and helpful. He was incredibly knowledgeable and I never felt I was in the dark on anything. He was very proactive in dealing with our matters and was great to work with. I hope I never need him again.... but IF I do I would 100% come back to this practice to work with Brian again.

Brian Smith provided stellar services in preparing a will. He was a consummate professional; courteous and prompt with all his commitments. I highly recommend Brian (and Sara) in this area of the law. You couldn't do any better than working with them.

Brian Smith is probably the worst choice of an attorney I could have made. He was losing a case to a guy serving as his own attorney FROM A REHAB. I switched to a functional attorney and had a transcript pulled of his interactions with the court to discover that not only had he agreed to things without telling me, but that he had allowed made up evidence to be entered into the court without even an attempt at an objection. In addition as I read through the transcript I wanted to scream with his inability to even verbalize the most simple request on my part. Instead he repeated over and over "um, uh, I'm not sure" He now won't even respond to phone calls or emails but keeps randomly sending me the same bill over and over. Stay FAR AWAY from this guy

She was extremely unprofessional, rude and spoke to my husband in a very condescending and patronizing matter. I am happy to share her rude, insulting and unprofessional emails to anyone who would like to see them.
