Medina County Common Pleas Court

After 10 years moving out of Medina into another county I was surprised to learn that I owed $200 in taxes? I reached Melanie & she was SO PLEASANT, POLITE & easy to communicate with & the situationwas easily resolved! I needed to call her again & the receptionist was SO PLEASANT as well! I REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR PROFESSIONALISM & PLEASANT DEMENOUR! Dealing with the public isn't easy! I really hope that you get positive appreciation from your supervisors because you deserve it!

If the Medina Court System is ran like their clerk or courts then Justice is not being served properly, correctly, or in a timely matter.

So, who ever picked the new court and probate computer system did an absolute lousy job. In the 34 years I've been working with the various county computer systems, this by far is the WORST!!!!! This system is garbage , completely non user friendly. If you're someone who uses this system during the course of your job I suggest you make sure your E &O insurance is up to date , because someone is going to face a claim because of this horrific garbage system !! Next time some county office updates their system, they might actually want to talk to the people who actually use it for some suggestions on how it's actually used.

I tried to pay a ticket the day after I received it and they said "it wasn't in the system yet." So when I did call back now it was late and I had tons of late fees. The lady didn't even note that I called. That's totally unfair.

I have been trying to call domestic for TWO days to see why my custody hearing for my child has been delayed. I have been given the wrong information over the phone and now for the last two HOURS I have not been able to get ahold of one person and once it rings long enough it says "you are being transferred to the attendant" and then the system hangs up. Absolutely terrible and very discouraging that our court system in this county isn't being ran the correct way.
