Awful experience, as I called upset to explain I was locked out of a home my mother, deceased resided in. I needed the will and checkbook and her clothing. Explained I then told her I was named trustee in will written by them but I'm not sure if it was taken, and needed probate help. Says "we can't help you" I later found the original will hidden in a drawer after I had to break in. I used Michael O'Neal

Joe AND Gabriella have been nothing short of amazing each time we needed legal advise. They have been professional yet personal, and always are ready to help in any way they can. They have become more friends than just our legal advisors. I definitely would recommend.

I called this office and a very rude old woman answered the phone. I literally got six words out of my mouth and she said "not something we handle", and hung up. There was no way she knew what I was going to ask. She gave a very poor representation of this office.
