This company refuses to listen to the person in the conversation! All they want to do is fight you and escalate the situation! I cut off the first guy today as I was explaining to him how to get his client paid and he didn't want to do any work at all to help his client. He just wanted to send me a bill! I'm like tell the company to send my insurance a bill which they haven't done yet after talking to my insurance. They claimed that my insurance company was lying to me! Then asked for a manager he was just as bad! Confrontational and refusing to help his client get their money. I literally could not believe how he was acting and could definitely understand why the previous guy acted the way he did if this guy was his boss. I'm like this is horrible customer service he said they are not a customer service company. If I owned this company I would definitely be getting rid of these 2 guys in a hurry! What's even better is he tried to intimidate me by googling my name and seeing that I owned a company SitFitGO which is one of my businesses! I told him this is wasting a lot of my time that I could be spending on my companies and I just needed him to listen and put in a little work and his client woke get paid! They are not helping anyone on either side of the situation. I can see why they are only 2 star!
