I had a very disappointing experience with this lawyer. He misled my tenant in a way that caused me to lose the last month's rent and left unpaid utility bills. Instead of resolving the issue fairly, his actions created more problems. I would not recommend his services. The attached was his email response! The tenant did not move out in the given date, and did not pay the last month among with utilities that has been automatically transferred to my name due to the property ownership.
