I called and set up a consult. Waited about 3 weeks for this consult, mind you. He calls me and doesn't listen to a thing I had to say. He just tells me he doesn't have time to be taking on a new case right now. If that was the case, why did you set the consult up to begin with? He also tells me it could possibly be a conflict of interest as he wasn't sure if the person I was going up against was someone he represented. You don't keep track of which clients you represent? Glad they didn't have time because if they can't even organize themselves in the most basic ways, there's no way they could've done a good job in the court room anyhow. What a waste of my time.

My fiance and I live here in Galion, she was summoned to court in Bellefontaine over custody of her 2 year old son, so she called this firm and whoever answered their phone was EXTREMELY rude. My fiance simply wanted a consultation, so she could get some advice on what steps to take. The lady was very rude immediately by telling her to find someone else, they're not driving 2 hours to Bellefontaine. (Bellefontaine is actually about an hour and twenty minutes, not two hours). My fiance tried to explain that she was only wanting to schedule a consultation and that we lived here in Galion, but the extremely rude lady wasn't having it, she just kept saying you need to find someone else and wouldn't even listen to anything my fiance had to say, then the lady said one again they refused to go "2 hours" to Bellefontaine and to find someone else then hung up on my fiance. I have no idea why the lady was so rude and how they even get any business if this is how they treat people. What a joke!

Have known all attorneys with this firm for years. Used them to do all our wills and power of attorneys. Sister-in-law and wife used them to do (update) all their father's required wills and power of attorney paperwork when he moved back to Ohio. High ethical standards and excellent, as well as thorough, work. Will be utilizing their services the remainder of our lives, or as long as they are available.

These people have always been helpful.
