Hired this firm to handle a charge that I had got. I was working with Ben, he was great to work with. He explained things to me. I had a million questions cause I have never been in criminal kind of trouble other than speeding tickets. I worked with two different attorneys (from this firm) in my case - I think because of what county it was in (Delaware). It was a super confusing situation because I got four charges from one situation, two of which were dropped pretty early on. The prosecutors from the two (Delaware County) courthouses were really difficult for the attorneys to reach, but they stayed on them. At one point when my moods were in a really bad place because the prosecutor couldn't give us any answers as to when I could go back home (I was told it would be two weeks which turned into months!!) then prosecutor decides to take off on vacation, Mr. Luftman still kept on him during the vacation. I think he warned him that if I went off, no one would have a vacation for a long time. :-O I ended up with the outcome that I'd expected all along. The felony was dropped. If I'd been able to be more patient, the whole thing probably would have been dropped. But, I did things out of anger (because the "victim" in my case basically got away with his charge scot-free.). This then prompted the prosecutor to act (finally). The attorneys stuck with me despite my not always following their advice. I don't know what I'd have done without them. I have never in 44 years of life been through anything like this! I have moved from Delaware County, and never want to see it again!
