I was referred to John Poley by the Dayton Bar Association for a consultation. Since I'm immunocompromised , I asked for a telecon or virtual meeting. This prompted him to start ranting about how he knows the law, owns 22 properties, is 73 years old, doesn't get sick or need vaccinations ,and doesn't know how to do a virtual meeting. It's ironic how a so called lawyer can't meet the needs of a potential client. Don't waste your time on this guy.

John D. Poley of 46 Rogge Street, Dayton, Ohio, is a shyster. After he received my funds he proceeded to exclaim sternly to me and I will quote: "You have no constitutional rights. You are guilty until you can prove yourself innocent." In trial he was extremely poorly prepared, to the point of appearing to be lost and confused multiple times. He has no defense skills in court-room. But one time, which was over-ruled, he failed to object to anything. He has an interesting legal record. I recommend "googling" him and making your own opinion, before relying upon my opinion.
